Public perception architecture

Propaganda

A system for carrying an organisation’s idea into the public sphere.

A strong idea is not enough. It needs an environment in which it becomes the natural way of seeing.

A central idea forming public perception

Not promotion. Public perception architecture.

In ANG Group’s practice, propaganda is the systematic dissemination of an organisation’s idea in the public sphere. The work is not measured by the volume of mentions, but by whether the company’s idea becomes legible, distinctive and durable in the market’s mind.

Method in brief

Systematic shaping of public perception

An organisation develops not only what it sells, but also the worldview in which its product, position and way of acting acquire an obvious place.

ANG Group designs that system: the central idea, language, narratives, symbols, credible carriers, events and distribution channels.

Internal meaning and the external field

Inside the organisation

Ideology

The architecture of internal meaning.

  • Why the company exists
  • Who it is and what it believes
  • The principles by which it acts
  • How it makes decisions
  • The boundaries it protects
In the public sphere

Propaganda

Public perception architecture.

  • The idea the company carries into the world
  • The worldview it develops
  • The concepts and associations it establishes
  • The symbols and carriers through which it acts
  • The place it holds in the market’s mind

Ideology shapes the company from within.
Propaganda shapes the field of meaning around it.

Do not explain the product. Change the context in which it is understood.

Conventional communication begins with the question:

“What do we want to say about the company or product?”

ANG question
What idea must become natural to the market for choosing the company or product to follow logically from that worldview?
Not

“Company Genome AI is a corporate AI system.”

Instead

“A company needs its own memory and logic for making decisions.”

When this idea becomes natural, the need for Company Genome AI is understood without direct persuasion.

How an idea becomes part of the worldview

The system does not begin with a channel plan. It begins by defining the centre of meaning, then designing the structure that carries it.

01Idea

The proposition the organisation seeks to make publicly significant.

02Worldview

The system of assumptions in which the idea becomes natural.

03Narrative

Language, concepts and explanatory frames.

04Symbols

Images, stories and associations that make the idea recognisable.

05Trusted voices

People, institutions, research and independent carriers.

06Events

Observable proof points for the idea in real life.

07Channels

Media, books, talks, communities and owned platforms.

08Perception

The durable place held by the idea and organisation in the market’s mind.

First the idea. Then the narrative. Then the distribution system. Then the channels.

Not a PR campaign. A durable system of meaningful public presence.

The outcome is not a list of publications, but a designed architecture of external perception.

Influence through a clear idea, not deception

ANG Group designs an organisation’s open, meaning-led public presence. Manipulative and political practices are outside the scope of this service.

  • No disinformation
  • No hidden influence networks
  • No fabricated expert positions
  • No astroturfing
  • No political campaigning
  • No deception

Returning to the original scale of public relations

In the first half of the twentieth century, Edward Bernays developed public relations as work with public opinion, ideas and created events, not merely media relations. His legacy remains contested. ANG does not reproduce manipulative practice; it returns the task to transparent meaning architecture and professional responsibility.

Not “how do we secure coverage?” but “how does an idea become part of a worldview?”

Meaning — inside, outside and through time

We design a company’s system of meaning: from internal organisation to external perception and the reproduction of management logic.

Ideology

What the company means to itself.

Situations where a new field of meaning is needed

01

The company is creating a new category for which the market has no language yet.

02

The market does not understand the value of a complex product.

03

A strong product is being understood through the wrong category.

04

The owner wants to make an idea publicly significant.

05

The company is entering a new market or changing an established perception.

06

The organisation wants to become an intellectual centre for its industry.

07

The company needs to establish its own field of meaning.

08

Communications are fragmented and do not reinforce one central idea.

ANG Group Propaganda: the method, in brief

What does “propaganda” mean in ANG Group’s work?

It is the systematic dissemination of an organisation’s idea in the public sphere: designing the worldview, narratives, symbols, trusted voices, events and channels that create durable public perception.

How does this service differ from PR and advertising?

PR and advertising typically work with messages and channels. ANG Group first defines the idea and the context in which a product or company becomes the natural choice, then designs the system that carries that idea.

Does the work include political campaigning or hidden manipulation?

No. The service does not include political campaigning, disinformation, hidden influence networks, fabricated expert positions, astroturfing or deception.

What does the company receive?

An external-perception architecture: a central idea, perception map, narrative and concept system, symbolic and event architecture, map of trusted voices, media system, communication principles and an idea distribution plan.

Strong companies do more than occupy a position in a market. They shape meaning.

If an organisation has an idea capable of changing how the market sees, we can design the system that carries it.
